2019 John West Féile na nÓg Draws Made
The draw for the 2019 John West Féile na nÓg football competitions were held at a meeting of the Connacht Féile committee at the Connacht GAA centre on Wednesday evening in the presence of National Féile Committee chairperson Brendie O’ Brien, Connacht Féile officers and members of the Connacht council. There will be 352 boys and girls football sides in action over the weekend with 176 host sides (104 boys and 72 girls sides) in action with the same amount of teams visiting the province of Connacht. There are 13 boys and 9 girls divisions.
As stated at the unveiling of the draw last evening there would be a review after the draw. As a result of consultation it was decided to make a number of small changes to the groupings following the conclusion of the draw.
Please note that attached is the final draw for the groups for the 22 divisions.
It is planned to send out fixtures for all 836 games early next week.
Each club is strongly requested when the fixtures are unveiled to look at all 22 divisions to see are they hosting games over the weekend. Details of times and venues will be released shortly.
