Physical Fitness Programmes

On completion of testing we can now design a strength and conditioning programme for your team based on the results of the fitness testing.

Gym Programmes will be delivered straight to each player’s phone through an app which is very user friendly. A runthrough of the App can be viewed in the following video:

These programmes are updated and changed every 4-6 weeks by Connacht GAA staff to allow maximum benefits. All programmes are designed so that each player will be hitting peak physical performance for Championship football.

Depending on individual players needs, programmes will include some or all of the following: Gym/Running/Flexibility/Mobility work.
