Connacht GAA Statement Re Connacht GAA Football Championship: New York v Sligo

Connacht GAA Council wish to clarify that there is no change in the schedule for the Connacht GAA Football Championship Fixture in New York this year.  As per Rule the Football Senior Championship cannot commence before May and the game in New York is always played on the first Sunday in May, which on occasions, coincides with the Bank holiday Weekend.
