Connacht GAA Senior Leagues
FBD Connacht GAA Senior League Football- Round 2.
This Sunday 10th January 2016 sees round 2 of the FBD Connacht GAA Senior League football competition. In Section A Mayo will be looking to do a double over college opposition as they face IT Sligo in James Stephens Park, Ballina while defending champions Roscommon take on NUI, Galway. The venue for this fixture has been changed to The Orchard Park, Elphin.
Group B sees Galway host Leitrim in Tuam Stadium with GMIT facing Sligo in Connolly Park, Collooney. All Games throw in at 2pm.
Connacht GAA Senior League Hurling- Round 1.
This weekend sees the start of this competition with three games being played over Saturday, Sunday and Monday. On Saturday evening, 9th January there is an all Sligo affair in the Sligo Training Centre at 7pm with Sligo facing IT Sligo. Roscommon take on last year’s winners GMIT on Sunday at 2pm in the Connacht GAA Centre and finally on Monday evening Mayo host NUI, Galway in the Connacht GAA Centre at 8.30pm.
