Performance Analysis Workshop 2019
The Connacht GAA Centre in Bekan Co.Mayo will host our third Provincial Performance Analysis workshop on Saturday 9th February 2019.
The workshop is aimed at people who already have experience in the role of Performance and Video Analysis at either club or county level and are looking to build on their level of understanding, ability and progress in the role.
This workshop will form the first step on the road to becoming an ACCREDITED GAA PERFOMANCE ANALYST. The day will include both discussions and tasks relating to the role of the Performance Analyst. This will offer participants the opportunity to interact with other people who share similar roles in different environments and discuss developments within the area and best practice.
Starting at 9.30am and finishing at 14.30 it will be chaired by Denise Martin (Institute of Technology Blanchardstown, Enhance Sports Analysis Solutions). It is envisioned that the workshop will form the basis for further improving the understanding of the role of Performance Analysis and its growing role within the GAA at all levels, along with setting participants on the way to becoming an Accredited GAA performance analyst.
A booking fee of €20 applies to this workshop and with places limited to a Maximum of 30 participants, early booking is advisable.
