The club development objectives set out above should be designed as to encourage and facilitate ‘Best Practice’ in all matters related to coaching Gaelic football and hurling in the club.

 

They should be used as a means to provide a framework and reference point for club Coaching activities, and should be read as official club policy for coaching underage Gaelic football and hurling in the club. All coaches should be obliged to adhere to its contents, and the successful implementation of the plan should be overseen by the coaching committee.
